What is Cleverfy?
Cleverfy is time tracking software for small businesses in Spain. It lets you keep the work-hour record the law requires (registro de jornada) without paper or Excel: your team clocks in within seconds from the mobile app, a computer or a shared tablet, and the hours add up on their own. You set it up in about 10 minutes and it costs from €1.20 per person per month, billed annually, plus VAT.
How long does it take to get started?
About 10 minutes. You create your account, tell Cleverfy AI how your team works and it suggests schedules, breaks, annual leave and public holidays. You confirm, invite your team and they can start clocking in.
Is there a sign-up fee?

Cleverfy reminds them to clock in after 15 minutes, without you having to chase anyone. If a clock-in needs correcting, they request it from their phone, you approve it and the original value is kept.
We use paper or Excel at the moment. Isn’t that enough?
It means chasing signatures and reconciling hours by hand, and a sheet of paper or a spreadsheet can be redone without leaving a trace, so it doesn’t prove anything. With Cleverfy your team clocks in on their own, the hours add up and every change is on record.
Is it compliant?
Yes. It meets the mandatory work-hour record requirement in force since 2019 (Art. 34.9 of the Workers’ Statute): it’s digital, it can’t be altered without leaving a trace and the reports come out ready for an inspection. It’s also prepared for what the new Royal Decree proposes, such as remote access for the Labour Inspectorate.
Can my accountant log in?
