Cookie Policy

At Cleverfy we use cookies and similar technologies on www.cleverfy.es to make the site work, to understand how it is used and to measure our advertising campaigns. Except for the strictly necessary ones, we only use them with your consent.

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Alongside them we use equivalent technologies (local storage and pixels) for the same purposes.

Legal basis

Strictly necessary cookies are used without your consent, as they are essential to provide the service (Art. 22.2 LSSI). The rest —analytics and advertising— are only activated with your prior consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), which you can grant, refuse or configure granularly.

How to manage or withdraw your consent

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer. We use Google Consent Mode v2: until you accept, Google tools do not store information on your device. Rejecting is as easy as accepting.

Your consent applies to the domain: www.cleverfy.es

  • Amazon Web Services (hosting, Spain), Fathom (EU/Canada), PostHog (EU) and Crisp (EU): processed within the EEA or a country with an adequacy decision.
  • Ahrefs (Singapore): cookieless analytics with minimal data (the IP address is pseudonymised and discarded every 24 hours); transfers are covered by standard contractual clauses.
