How do workers clock in on site if there's no WiFi? ▼
Cleverfy works with mobile data from any smartphone. If coverage is intermittent, the clock-in is queued and automatically sent when connection returns. The record keeps the actual clock-in time, not the sync time.
Can you tell from which job site each worker clocks in? ▼
Yes. Geolocation clocking records the coordinates of each entry, so you can verify that the worker was at the correct site. You can also assign work centers (job sites) and have each employee clock in associated with a specific site.
Does it work for temporary workers or subcontractors? ▼
Yes. Adding a worker takes less than a minute, and you can deactivate them just as quickly when their contract ends. It's ideal for the typical rotation in the sector. Records are kept for 4 years even if the worker is no longer active.
Do I need to buy terminals or special hardware? ▼
No. Cleverfy works from any mobile with a browser or with our app. You don't need clocking machines, biometric terminals or anything similar. That said, if you prefer a fixed point, you can use kiosk mode on a tablet.
Does it comply with working time regulations for construction? ▼
